Default Camber Kit

Im going to start this off by saying I don't care about your opinion on if I need a camber kit or not. Im going to get one no matter what. I was wondering if anyone has tried those cheap camber kits off ebay. The ones that look like square blocks with a bolt through the center.

I have used them, they work. The only negative I see to them is lack of adjustability.

There really is logic to madness.

<-- doesn't understand why people want to waste money on crap parts when their car would be safer, handle better, and alignments would be much easier and cost less if you just stick with OEM parts.

The reason why I am even thinking about using them is I am planning on lowering my car and I would like to get my alignment back to factory settings.

^ then use good parts the first time, and dont put yourself or any others in danger because you decided to use shitty parts.
i have been lowerd 3-3.5 inchecs for almost a year, and am just now showing signs of camber, a little bit of negative camber will not hurt. you really need to worry about toe.

LOL! Just buy whatever the hell you are looking at because we already know you have your mind made up. Buy a cheap *** kit on Ebay, install it, regret it in a few months, and either upgrade it or take it off altogether. Be sure to let us know how that works out.

Toe is the critical angle to adjust to factory settings to save your tires from being trashed, and that's already adjustable stock. Negative camber by itself really doesn't cause much tire wear at all.

my skunk2 pro series plus is pretty easy to adjust. the guy who did my alignment even commented on it being easy as hell to do. I have the rears as well but damn do they squeak due to the fact that you cant lube them. I have been considering buying poly lube and taking the front bushings apart and lubing them because i bought them used and the squeak but not as bad as the rears. I have yet to have any "hitting" of the shock tower due to me not being slammed. The fact that i picked them up for 100 bucks for the pair seems decent to me. Especially since my stock arms had shot bushings and ball joints. I say, if your going to upgrade, don't cheap out. I also repacked the ball joints on the skunk arms with bearing grease just in case. My only complaints with the fronts are the squeak which i can fix. But the rears are coming out and getting replaced with something else.

Just get the ebay ones. you're gonna buy useless parts anyway, why not buy inferior ones?

You don't have to worry too much about the extra camber in terms of tire wear.

If anything, I think the extra negative camber on the front wheels actually helps turn in at higher speeds.

keep oem upper arms. lower the car. get alignment with toe set to zero. and drop the "im doing it cuz i want to but have no idea why" mentality. we are trying to help you and save you money.

I bought the Skunk2 Tuner Series a while back for my EK and holy **** do I hate them, it's too damn stiff! (Makes the ride bumpy as heck). Unfortunately my bro cleaned up his garage and tosses my OEM upper arms away, game over. =(

So I'll probably upgrade to Skunk2 Pro Series Plus later on and pray the bushings allow for a better range of motion otherwise it'll look like I'm head bop'n the whole way.

I don't think the ride will be any better. Why not order a new set of OEM arms?
