I just picked up a 93 si and wanted to drop a jdm b16, I had a cx before but never got to pilled over and get my hood popped, until this Friday my friend came over and put his emergency lights on and stopped in front of my house, his car is a 99 ex with just a lip and fogs since is his daily , a cop passed by and saw us and he busted a U turn and made him get off the car , and popped the hood ,checked vins, and moods, from what I had understod was that they make you open your hood if your over speeding not if the car is off and not speeding . So my question is . What engine can I put on my hatch and get it bar'd ?
