anyone know of a good site to buy a decently priced body kit for my 1988 honda prelude?

I purchased a bodykit from Extreme Dimensions. Installation cost just as much as kit unless you know how to do it yourself. Not a perfect fit, and will need to be modified.

 

i would say get a lip kit instead. 1. because they're cheaper and 2. because the look nice and not rice. also you could go lower without a body kit. just my $.02

 

The only body kits worth putting on are: Xenon or Kaminari or the Mugen replica or the onlineperformance kit from Australia. And all of them will cost you just under a $1000 to get.

I am working on a lip kit for the 3rd gens, but all of my work is posted up on "pr e ludepower.com"(no spaces) but it is still in the works.

LoL!!! They have been around for a long time my friend.

I think you mean you hate the ones who made those ridicuous kits that dont line up or are too extreme for any car.

and actually.. companies like mugen that actually work with the manufacturer are the only exception in my book.

cars look their cleanest with factory options and accessories imo..
aftermarket belongs on the wheels/suspension and engine.

The xenon kit looks awesome. And I've heard nothing but good things about 1funryd, on this site and others.

 

i dont "need" and "body kit" should even be put in the same sentence. unless its like "i need to get rid of this body kit!" haha jk man. do what you do, its all on personal preference..
