Default S2000 - got rear wheels replaced, now a jerk?

Ok no I am not a jerk, well yes but no; that isn't what I'm talking about.

I got the rear tires replaced on my s2000, just the rears - the fronts were never touched.

They put these ugly *** weights on the outside of my rim (Volk wheel) and I hated the way they looked because it's something I'd see on an Impala or Crown Vic so I had them take it off.

Afterwards, I drove away and when I give the car some gas - or let off the gas; the front or rear end jerks..

If I get into it, and goto shift; I have to steer quick and I feel either the front or the rear end feel like it kicks out - I can't even tell which part it is but I have to steer to keep it straight.. even going into a straight line.

Does that make sense? Probably not.

What could possibly be the issue here? I am lowered on Tein springs with AP2 shocks and I do need an alignment (only because it's chewing up my rear tires) but other than that the car handled fine.

sometimes new tires can make the car feel different. Id get it aligned ASAP so you dont tear up your new tires. Then go from there. Also you took your wheel weights off so they are unbalanced now. You need to get them rebalanced ask for stick on weights, they go inside the wheel barrel. I cant believe someone put clip ons on a Volk wheel.
