Default Help: Trans

so i put a new clutch in, resurfaced the flywheel, new fluid, and i was driving the car, it was driving fine, then about an hour later i just lost all power like the clutch wasnt engaging, car went into gear but you could roll it forward and backwards when off and when it was on you could just stick it into gear but it would grind and just spin the gears it sounded like

any suggestions to what it could be?

check on the front of the trans to see if the clutch fork is loose. if it is; probably the clip holding the fork to the trans housing came off.
