i picked up a 96 EX 4 door in january, and since i got the car, none of the power options work. the car has had 4 doors swapped on from a 96-98 LX with the same power options due to the fact that the previous owner tried to shave the moldings and did a terrible job. i took off every door panel, and everything is wired up, plugged in, etc. i checked all fuses and everything seems to be fine. none of the windows work from any switch, so i know it's not just my front driver's switch that went bad. the passenger side power mirror works, which leads me to believe that the motor has gone bad in the driver's side, and the sunroof works as well.

can anyone offer any ideas on what to try?

 

Did you check the fuses in the fuse box under the steering wheel?. Theres 3 of them. 20amps. 1 for windows, power locks, and mirrors

 

those fuses seem to be okay along with the engine bay fuses
