Icon2 Vtec Wiring Help

ok i have another problem, i am just about to start wiring my vtec, and i have 2 vtec solenoids or whatever, but one doesnt have a bottom plug because its capped off with a bolt.

do i need to use this bottom plug or can i just go about my wiring without it, and i used my si harness so i dont have a plug to match up with it.

the green plug is for oil pressure at 55psi. if you have a usdm ecu you have to use that one. the other is off a jdm h22 that doesnt use that sensor.

plug in the jdm one. if that gives you a code use the other one. you can switch the tops ok if you dont want to cut anything to hook to that cut wire on your usdm. if you switch the tops you might as well clean the thing out so it works 100% and get any old oil out of there.
