Like when I am driving and i hit the gas and switch gears, my throttle will stick wide open, and the pedal will go to the floor.. Just wondering what could cause this, i dont even have it floored when it does it, it floors itself... Its weird.. I just shut the car off pull the pedal back and its fine.

 

uhh check ur throtle cable see if its caught...clean ur TB where the spring is

 

i checked the cable, i didnt check teh spring or anything, but the cable was fine.. Im gonna spra some wd40 on it tomorrow probably. hope that works for it..

 

I ran into kind of the same problem on my dx. thr throtle cable is way to long and it can cause it to stick wide up like that
