valve angles debate here!!!
what's a better valve angle than a typical ITR 30-45-65? I have a Ported head for a sleeve out GSR 2.0 motor with 12:1cr, Pro 2 cams, but has not recieve a valve job on the head yet, want something that is for street use and better than the typical ITR valve job, if possible! thanks!!!!
ITR is considered to be a good performance valvejob for most builds. Anything more specific than that and I highly doubt you'll get more responses to your question. The only way to get a better valve job is to send it to a reputable head porter and have them do something different for you.
the valve job all depends on your particular setup
the only way to find out what vj flows the best for your setup is to put it on a flowbench or to find a head porter w/ enough experience to already know what works w/ your given setup
sometimes angle jobs flow better and sometimes radius jobs flow better
you could do a radius job and keep enough 45 in the middle to last for street use....
or maybe a radius on the intake and an angle on the exhaust side may flow better....who knows
send it to Brad @ RLZ, you will have the best
