trying to decide on what to get....
i am wanting to spend under 20k$ on this car
i want something that is fun to drive and is kinda quick
i was thinkin of a s2k, (mabey 2001 prelude), 1994 nsx, or mabey even a 350z
i heard that a s2k isnt really that fun to drive as a daily
i just want something that is fun and worth the money...any suggestions?

um, the dude with an S2000 says get an S2000. Because most here did just that. You probably need to read more and then test drive some and then decide for yourself.
I have daily driven mine for 2 years and i still smile every time i get out of it (that could just be the vibrating seats i added though).
But i suppose there are those pussies out there who prefer something a little 'comfier'...

oh, and there are so many threads on here about the S as a daily drive, and once again you will find that it comes down to personal opinion (which is a great thing to have)
I wouldn't put my money down on a 16 yr old car, that's overpriced to hell, and more expensive to maintain / mod, when our s2k's are nearly as capable as those nsx's. but that's just me.
to the op, test drive and find out. But is it just me, or do we have like 8 of the same threads on page one?

S2000: you will spend way less money on maintenance, but you get way less space. Car is still enormously fun to drive.
350Z: no faster than an S, feels like a boat in corners, but you can have some wicked wheel offsets and more storage.
NSX: I wanna know where you can get a 94 for under $20k, parts/maintenance/insurance(depending) are waaaaay more expensive(i.e. $6000 to change timing belt at the dealer), but if you can handle that, baller, then go for it.
01 Prelude: stop that. This car isn't even on the same playing field as the others, BUT, if its on the list with the others, I'm willing to bet this is the only one that's actually in your price range.
SOOOO, I vote Prelude.

Might as well throw a E46 M3 in the group...only it has better performance and is a better DD then any of the above mentioned cars. Maintenance will cost you though.
Hokay, so...

I have an STi, i like it because its fast and practical
I drove my friends 350z, to me, it was probably the fun-est car I've ever driven, sounds amazing, and you can slide like your a pro
My mom has an s2000, convertible is awesome, high revs is a lot of fun to. (She's selling it btw http://www.fastcarxchange.com/node/176 - which is why I'm on here is so I can post a for sale thread for her)
I suggest test driving the cars like the other guy said.
Oh, i had a prelude, very fun car too, but like the other guy said, it doesn't compare to these other ones.
NSX? I have no experience with them, except them seem over priced for what you're getting, but they look amazing done up.
GL!
