HELP PLEASE!

I just got this new S1 tranny and it runs fine...almost flawless...no grinds whatsoever...but if I'm doing highway speeds; 55-70mph Fifth gear has a tendency to pop out every 3 or 4 miles...what's going on?

thats telling you that you dont have a flawless tranny...time to pop that baby open and inspect whats going on visually...!!!
