wheel must come off!!!!!!

Do i have to take off the entire damn wheel to get my wheelcover off on my 93 Civic EX or will it just yank off?

You gotta undo all the lugs to get the cover off. When you take off the lugs, notice that the lugs have plastic trim to keep the wheelcover on the wheels.
