hi guys i need some help with my 1993 honda civic cx...i replaced the cluster with an si/ex one but the cluster wont light up the only light that comes up is the check engine bcuz of o2 sensor signals and high beams other than that it wont light up at night.

p.s:i checked all the fuses under the dash and under the hood and theres nothing burn and my light dimmer is not broken.

 

Only a few options here...

-Fuse 19(10a) blown
-red/blk wire from behind fuse panel TO fuse 19 slot is frayed/cut.
-Since its a new cluster, there could be no lights in it!
