Default Head and block

I know it takes machine work to place a h22 head on a f22 block, I was wondering what if i used the euro accord head will that bolt on? I mean they are both f series

the dohc head comes with the blue valve cover

Well, its not an F series unless its the F20B, in any event you will have to treat it like ANY H series head.

This guy speaks the truth.... basically it's a destroked (to 2.0) Type S H22A.

The F20B uses the same casting IIRC with possibly different sized valves. I'm not sure if the Combustion Chamber is smaller though to accomodate the smaller bore.

so to answer my question, I would have to treat that head the same way I would treat the H head? meaning machine it to fit.

Not something I have spent any time reading about, but the info you find about fitting an H22 head on an F22 block will apply.
