Well I just recently purchased a 2002 Acura RSX and I am having problems with my door locks. When I start the car both doors automatically lock and as I drive down the road my hatch randomly keeps locking and unlocking... Both of my lock/unlock switches also do not work at all?? When I shut the car off I can't use them to get out, but the remote still works... Another weird thing is when I park and shut the car off the hatch will keep making a clicking sound? Does anyone know what this could be? Could it be a fuse (I hope!)? Also this is my first Acura so does anyone know where the fuses are located? (Car came with no owners manual...) Any help will be very much appreciated!!

sounds like the door lock actuator is gone bad

 

might have a after market alarm such as k-9 viper ect,

 

Nope no aftermarket alarm... It is weird because the doors and hatch keep locking and not unlocking...

 

Well the power lock is a negative trigger wire sounds like the negative trigger for the door locks. Sounds like it keeps grounding out causing the car to unlock.

 

so are you still locked inside your acura?

 

might as well be man haha!! I have never seen anything like this before??? I am taking it in to the dealer today. It is not a fuse bacause I checked all of them and none were blown...
