suspension help!
ok so i got a set of coilovers already on struts 4 my hatch and i was PONDERING doing the switchover myself. i have helped a friend swap struts on his integra b4 but its a bitch from what i recall...mainly with the bushings in the control arms freezing..so does anybody have any tips or suggestions b4 i embark on this project? anything to make it easier or to watch for..thanks HT!!
yea i had a guy trade me my stock suspension for springs on the front an he did it and took like 45 mins for both lol. idk i just never done it b4 like totally by myslelf so i dont want 2 f*** it up lol.
Its pretty straight forward. Do them indivually and keep the bolts seperate I guess. It probably didn't take more than an hour or two with nothing more than a scissor jack. Good luck

i put coilovers on mine too and it take a life to swich because i dont know how to doit, but if you want to doit quickly
1- remove bolt from uper control arm to try get out brake disc with everything
2- remove tha same but from down control arm
3- remove shock from down control arm
4- remove shock from the upper thing insite the hood
then push down the control arm and it goes out easier, for take out the sprint from shock get a alen key, and hold on the little hole that it has on the top, and put some spry on the nut for get in aout more easier but carefully because it come out strong so put in front of a wall or something that reduce the impact when came out, good luck men

^^ there is absolutly no reason to mess with your control arm, there is only 4 freaking bolts to remove,
2 on top of shock 1 on shock fork,(holds shock into fork) and one holding fork to lca. thats it.
for the rear the is 2 on top (same as front) and 1 holding shock to lca and 1 holding lca to trailing arm,
