i do have a question thought the site i ordered it from sent me the form to fill out and send to hondata but they didnt explain anything to me, do i send back my stock ecu or what? i did ask them i just know ppl here would respond faster than the dealer

 

Ya i sent in my stock for my rsx and they send it back when finished

 

so you send in the stock one first right?

 

Basically you take what you have...send your ecu and the paper work and send it out. Wait a couple of days and it will come back in and you plug it back in and your good to go...

You may have to upload a basemap to Kpro from your laptop after installing it in your car. They also recommend you move the injector ground wire from the intake manifold to the nearest valve cover bolt.

 

how long is the turn around time when you ship your stock ecu to hondata?

 

I heard about a week unless you change up the shipping on it...but you will pay out the butt

 

changing the injector ground wire from the intake mani to the valve cover is a simple good mod for the car even if you don't have kpro
