help w/ wiring fog lights

help w/ wiring fog lights
Hey, Its been a while since im here but i'm back and need some help.
Background:
I have a 2001 Honda Prelude.
- JDM fogs w/ stock wiring worked fine.
- Did a retrofit and then a taillight fuse kept blowing.
I replaced it and got rid of my fog light harness bcuz eventually the fog light fuse blew.
With the fogs out of the question, everything worked fine.
Problem:
I redid the wiring for the fogs with a relay.
It worked for a bit but after one day the fuse has started to blow for the fogs again.
This is what I got....
What am i doing wrong?
Should I replace all the wires and start fresh?
