Default HELP WITH FOG LIGHTS...!!!

i got the oem style fog lights and hooked them up. before putting the bumper back on, i checked to see if they worked (at this time i only had the left one plugged in)--it worked. so I plugged the right one in, put bumper back on, went to try them again, and now it just blows the fuse. i thought that maybe i pinched some wiring somewhere, so i removed the bumper again and checked and replaced it carefully to make sure nothing was pinched. still had the same problem. then i decided to unplug the right fog light and see if just the left one would blow a fuse...this time the left one worked and no fuse was blown. so i tried it the other way around with just the right one plugged in and it blew the fuse again..any ideas what is wrong?!?!?! all the wiring is correct (it came prewired as a harness, everything was plug and play. all the grounds are fine. i cant think of anything thats wrong..maybe that fog light it just busted?? help me out please!!

Change the fuse under the dash that powers the lights to a 20. I think it is the one for the parking lights not sure.

if it blows the fuse as soon as you plug the right light in, then the problem is in the right light. Take it apart either the bulb is **** or something is grounded out the power wire inside the housing.
