i've already searched on here and several pages into a google search. does anyone know the combustion chamber volume of a JDM ITR head?

just got off the phone with CP and asked while i was on there. he said it's 45cc. can anyone confirm this?

The C-speed Racing compression calculator lists the combustion chamber volume at 42.7cc for the PR3 head. The P72 head is listed as 41.6cc.

Everyone has to be a newb at some time...

 

get a chunk of plexiglass, some red or blue sugar free kool aid and a 10cc syringe. put plexi on the bottom of the chamber with the head laying on the valve springs. drill a small hole in the plexiglass and add the colored water to the chamber until it's full. it only takes a few minutes and will give you a FAR more accurate measure than guessing. if you really want to get **** you can use a 3cc syringe for the last bit in order to get nearly an exact number.
