hey hows it goin. so i had a real low brake pedal and my rear brakes were bad so i replaced the drums n shoes adjusted them n still no brake pedal. so i thought maybe i sucked some dirt into the master cylinder and clogged or ripped the seal from when i bled the rear brakes. so i changed the master cylinder flushed the system out and i re-bled all 4 corners. but i have a good pedal until i start the engine. once theres vaccumm the pedal goes to the floor. i checked for vacumm leaks and checked the 1 way valve they were good. so idk any ideas ??????

did you turn the vacuum valve around on the brake booster...its a one way valve...
turn it around and see what happens.
if nothing keep bleeding the brakes until you have pressure

 

well i was told to check the rubber lines they could be sweling wen i hit the brake pedal. and yea i will try the valve too.

 

ok so i turned the one way valve on the vaccum line from the booster to the im and i got a good pedal. what does that mean ???? i also checked all the rubber lines i did not see any of them swelling. n while my dad was holding the brake pedal down i could not spin any tires. so idk im at a total loss i cant figure this out

ok i think i eliminated all the brake componets besides the booster. is there anyway the booster could put air in the brake system
