Default 1996 civic battery drainage

i have a 1996 civic lx sedan and im having electrical issues:

what i have on the car:

refurbished kragen alternator 75amps civic( not sure if its the right one but it works)

new batt

viper alarm 3002

no deck
no climate control
no amp

most interior parts are pulled out and check wires for continunity

still cant find major location of problem,

heres how it happen, when before i had the alarm installed, car had no problems, then like after 2 weeks later my alternator died and also killed my battery along with it , so i replace both the alternator and battery, then it was fine for another week then one day on the Day OF WEKFEST SF 2010, i tried to unarm my alarm and i had no battery power, so wtf was draining it so then i pulled my car into tha garage stripped everything tried to find the problem, and reiwred the alarm to see if the damn place did it correct but everything was good, and replace a couple fuses on the box under the hood and the dash, still didnt fix my issue, check all door harnesses and it all seems good, and now i have no clue whatsoever to find what the main problem is, and im everyday runnin around which a jumper pack in my car, and i have no clue how longer my newer alternator can handle , we check all grounds and wiring, so my HT PEOPLE GIVE ME SOME SUGGESTIONS WTF THE PROBLEM is -_- thanks..
