so i bought a 89 standard hatch that has a jdm d16a in it but when the did the swap they kept the dpfi manifold on it and it is running a mp5 ecu

i picked up a manifold form a eg si with injectors for 80 bucks, so my question is will this work or will the injectors be the wrong size for the pm6 ecu i have to function properly.

also the manifold doesnt have the iacv on it, will the one from my dpfi manifold work on it?

its my first civic i have a 94 vtec prelude i have had for 6 years and put way to much work into, so the d series is very new to me i have been an h guy but the gas mileage was killing me

 

manifold and injectors will work, just dont use a resistor box. and the iacv from your dpfi mani wont fit on a mpfi mani

 

why would i not use a resistor box?

 

obd1 injectors do not use one. if you wire up one it will ruin the injectors

 

ok cool, kinda odd because the obd1 injectors in my prelude use one, but the obd2 preludes dont
