i just purchased my first honda, a 1981 civic wagon. it is in fair shape for a 29 year old car. 59,000 miles on odometer, but could be 159,000. runs good, but needs attention in the suspension department, all rubber bushings are shot. is there any poly bushing kits available? i'm not finding much as far as new parts are concerned. does any of the later stuff fit the 2nd gen cars? i would like to put some adjustable struts on the front, new bushings and larger sway bar also. i will be putting lowering blocks on the rear axle with some coilover shocks, and adding some 15" steelies with 50 series tires (would love some ronal turbo wheels, but i am poor). i want to lay this car out nice and low but drivable, and leave the motor stockish( maybe carb and header later) any info on possible later parts fitting on the 2nd car would be greatly appreciated! thanks
