Icon2 cd7 bump stop question

got a quick question..

i have a 97 accord coupe, with kyb gr2 struts, and skunk2 springs, and i cut the front bump stop in half, and installed...

i would like the front to be about .5-1" higher in front, because the front is like 1.5-2" lower than the rear. i don't know why this happened

so my question is if i were to put a new full bump stop back in the front on each side , would that help raise it a little bit? what else can i do to get it to look like a level drop??

any help is much appreciated!
