Default A little help is needed...

I'm trying to find Piston A std, according to the stamp on the block: BBBA, for my stock build. Cuz my no. 4 cylinder has a bent rod. Problem is though no one has piston A std only piston B std for an H23. So, my question is, can I use piston B instead without any milling/boring?
Thank you.

Just check your clearances, it would be better if it was the other way around though. The "B" size is a tad bigger than the "A" size, so your piston to wall might be a bit tight if you put a "B" slug into an "A" cylinder. And the A & B size do not refer to 87 or 87.25 (oversized) pistons, they are only different by a couple hundredths or thousandths of a mm, iirc.

I'm assuming you're trying to build this on a budget, but if you're really worried about it you can always pick up one brand new piston, I think they're around $100.

Actually, I'm trying to get piston A from Honda but they can only source me a piston B. Also, I'm on a budget for this rebuild.
