My texas registration expires at the end of the month and being stationed out in Cali, my dad renews my registratin. The only problem is that they wont renew my registration without some sort of proof of inspection from cali. Im assuming cali only has smog inspection. With my setup..i couldnt even pass texas emissions so theres no hope for me out in cali. The em1 is running a little rich and needs a tune so i'm thinkin about going ahead and purchasing a hondata s300.

would i be able to tune it to pass cali smog?

would it be relatively simple to tune it myself?
