a shingle from hell hit my ITR
Well thats the suck. How much is your deductable? If its $500 or less, get the insurance to fix it. Any quality insurance company wont increase your rates for that since its obviously not your fault.
In the meantime, try cleaning it really well and waxing it. That might help a LITTLE.

I'll say it. This looks like fraud. Comparing the third and fourth pictures, the scratches do not match and are not parallel. That is one wide shingle. Am I missing something?
Actually, in the last picture it looks like the shingle is on the ground by the wheel. Looks pretty legit to me *shrugs.* That paint looks pretty badly swirled from before though.
Scratches are probably too deep to buff out, but you never know. Depending on your insurance, either pay your deductible to get it fixed or pay out of your own pocket if the cost of repair is less than the deductible. Stuff like this happens, especially in severe weather areas...at least it wasn't a tree
.
You can safely run aftermarket lugs with OEM wheels. I use Rays lugs on my OEM 16" ITR's with these taper to ball-seat-type conversion washers: http://www.clubrsx.com/cr/SSR-WHEELWASHER.html
Of course, I wouldn't run "tuner" lugs alone on the wheels with the wrong seating configuration. That's just plain dangerous.

The last picture was taken first according to the image numbers. I think there was some added work. The non parallel scratches and new scratches are what I am seeing.

his paint is rough in the first place.
Heres by first bit of advice:

It depends on your insurance policy if it is covered or not. Don't get me wrong, it's bad and I'd hate for that to happen to my ITR but it could be worse and doesn't look like it'll take that much to fix, blending the paint is where you're going to run into the money. If insurance covers it you may be looking at a whole new paint job. Goodluck.

the paint is very good its the water that you see in the pics cuz the car cover came off and the car was wet and i took a rag and wiped the area down that was hit by the shingle and that last pic was taken from far . thats why you really cant see the scratches but .....my deductable is 100 bucks but i just got the car so i dont know if i should go through all of that ..i realy dont want this to come up on the car fax later on in the future and haunt me ..people get freaked out when they see that the car was damaged on car fax
also the so called swirl marks are my hand prints from me touching the car lol i used some gay *** silicone based wax look at the second pic
Santa Claus came drunk
and slipped.
damage it some more, drop some more shingles on it then call the insurance.
Just mess'in with you, its all about the insurance deductible and if they will increase your insurance or say that your at fault bla bla bla...
look into homeowners insurance...
or find Santa and kick his ***
Put it in the garage next time
