So I'm going to be ordering the koni yellow and GC combo and I wanted to get some help for my custom spring rates. The setup is for my 89 Honda civic wagovan. This car is going to be track only so I don't want street rates at all. My full body weight comes out to a stock 2,262 lbs but my wagon is fully gutted. So I was thinkin spring rates for an eg or so but I juust want to make sure I'm stiff enough. Thanks for the help and if u need more info let me know
if this is your dedicated track car why are you settling for gcs? depends on what you want if the car is going to be caged which it should if its track only AND are you running R comp/slick tire or are you running a street tire? so if a R comp/slick with a cage 14-18k fronts and 10-16k rear. some like stiffer in the rear for rotation, I like my 16kf 14kr setup on my teg

How is he "settling" for a Koni/GC setup?
OP remember that OTS Koni Sports can only handle up to about 550 lb/in springs. You'll probably want/need higher rates than that for a road race vehicle, which will necessitate custom-valved or Koni Race shocks.
