Default DA3DC2 SCAMMER!!!! ALERT!!!!

I got scammed by this guy for $130! Here is the story:

I was doing a engine build and I had a crank that had spun a bearing. Instead of re-using my old crank, I desided to buy one from DA3DC2, he said his crank ws in good shape. I sent him the money through PayPal within minutes of getting his info, now, 3/12/10, 13 weeks later still NO crank. He claims he sent me the tracking #, but he never did. I repeatedly asked him for the tracking # in his posts, he keeps refusing to give it to me. SCAMMER!!!!!

Here is the PM's we exchanged:

I kind of screwed myself on this deal. I figured I would be nice and save the guy a couple bucks in paypal fees, so I sent the money as a "gift". I cant do nothing about it now.

He tried scamming me too. Eventually refunded my money after I threatened him legally.
Hopefully you paid via credit card. If so, just do a credit card charge back.
Best of luck

The user has requested the tracking number and you have yet to furnish that. Please post the tracking number. Your privilege of posting in the hondamarketplace will be suspended, untill this issue is resolved.. And then if this does not get resolved you will be removed from this site and i will see that your IP is banned.

Figure this situation out. A.S.A.P

Damn that sucks. I'd never pay for an item through paypal as sending a gift though...kinda asking for it imo... I wish we could just track down the scammers and beat the **** out of them.
