i have a 95 civic coupe and i am have a lil problem on deciding the swap i want to do i want to do a ls swap on it because its cheap and quick and could make it vtec if i wanted but on the other hand i want to do a b16 i have done a b16 swap before its easy but expensive any hints on with would be better

 

i would go with b20 real good u can find a long block for 500 and defenantly will pull on a b16

 

I would do the LS swap or the B20 swap if you are without emissions, since you can't smog a truck motor in a civic, then like you said, you can make it an LS-V later. Way better than the B16 as you know. I would rather have the torque of the B18/20 if it was me, I hated my B16. Just my opinion, hope it helps!

I would go with the b20 puts out more torque then both b16 and b18ls

 

If he can do a B20 swap, some places you can't!
