Default Problem with ECU and B16

Ok, I've tried asking around locally and searched as much as I can, but I'm just frustrated now and can't seem to fix my problem. And yes, I did search here and didn't find anything, just a bunch of dead end threads with no real answer.

I have an OBD1 B16A swap in my EG, and was having wiring problems with it that came with the car. Well, long story short it ended up burning up the ECU that was in the car. A friend and I spent 9 hours last night re-doing most of the wiring on the harness, and I also picked up another ECU, chipped P06 with a Type R basemap. I know the ECU is good, it came out of a running car that I drove before I bought it.

So, once we got done at like 3 AM, I put it in started the car. Limp mode. I tried pulling the codes and got a solid CEL. Tried reseting the ECU and started it again, still in limp mode. Tried pulling the codes that time and got 22 and 36. I know 36 isn't relevant, but will the 22 cause it run like that? I'm going over all the grounds and connectors right now, but I'm just lost now and can't seem to find a fix. Input?
