okay well as i turn on the ignition
it just makes a click noise and that's it
yes i pressed down the clutch
and when i turn on my head lights my stereo nor my signal lights don't work
oh the car is a 93' del sol si with jdm d15b
gas is full
brand new battery
wiring is all in

Check your grounds, fuses and relays.

 

they're all good,
i found the problem
my light in the back and the one in the center console never turns off,
i think its the alarm light
its been on for 2 months, maybe i should have disconnected them
yea.. now i gotta charge that battery
