I searched and couldnt find any info on this. How does the Tanabe Racing Medalion sound of the ITR's? My friend has one on his civic SI and its loud as *****? Is it just as lound on type R's? More importantly, is it a deep tone? Thanks!

 

if you think RM's are "loud as *****" then you don't know what loud is

 

go to the street races im sure there will be one there...but b18s are usually a lot deeper tone!

Mark has the Tanabe RM on his R and I have the Apex N1. His is louder by far. Most people will say that the Apex is too loud, but that RM is even more...

The tone is fairly deep. At one our last autocrosses the announcer told everyone to cover their eyes and just listen. "Yes, that IS a Honda that you hear."

 

TRM's are loud. Loud as in "I can hear you through the vacuum of space" loud.
