ok here i go...

i believe i am having an issue with one of my brake light failure sensors.
all of my brake light bulbs work, i am getting power to all the sockets. however, the 3rd brake light persistently doesn't work.

i looked at the sensor. it reminded me of a busted main relay, you know with the bad solder joints and what not, and i wondered to myself, "is it possible to fix this in the same manner as a main relay? Hmmmmm?"

so, now I'm wondering aloud. feel free to chime in with any ideas.
