Default removing resistor box

ok, i have a quick question. i am battling a code 1 (o2 sensor) and have done pretty much everything i can think of.
-Brand New Main Relay
-various o2 sensors (oem and aftermarket)
-Brand New Fuel Pressure Regulator
-Brand New Wiring for o2 sensor
-Different Stock ECU

my set up is a stock LSV (B18B bottom/B16 head) converted to obd1 currently being ran by a 92-93 GSR ECU.

what i was thinking is possibly removing the injector resistor box. but can i use my obd0 injectors if i remove my resistor box? or will i have to swap out to new (obd1/2) injectors?

i have a set of obd1 and obd2 injectors. but i was planning to use them later on. i have heard of using obd1/2 injectors with a resistor box, but can i also do it the other way around? i already know how to delete the box, i just need to know about the injectors themselves.

thanks in advance guys

you'll burn up the stockers if you run them without the resistor box. so if you delete the box you'll have to use saturated injectors.

you cant use obd0 injectors without a resistor box. wire the ground for the obd 1/2 injectors back to the ecu click the link to see the diagram

http://www.clubcivic.com/board/showthread.php?t=90486
i believe you can ground them to a18

huh?? the ground for each injector already goes to the ecu and tells them when to fire. the power side of the injector is what the res. box deals with, and he already said that he knows how to delete the box.

as long as they're not from a d15b6, d15b8, or d16y7 then they are 240cc and will work

Pretty much most newer d series and all b series injectors are 240cc. OBDI and II injectors are the same, only the plug ends are different.
It's totally not necessary to change your injectors if running OBDI, but if you want to get rid of your resistor, you need to run the newer injectors....i did it to my 89 crx. Where the box used to be, i got and nice clean oem plug end from a DX model to fishing the job.

BOS???

well the main reason for me changing them out and eliminating the resistor box is that i am running out of things to try to get rid of my CEL. i was/am hoping this will fix my problem.

so from what your saying both of my obd1/2 injectors will work, regardless of what car they came from, right? and which would require the least amount of work to swap over the plugs? i know normally its just de-pin and re-pin into a new plug, but does the same go for the injectors plugs on obd1 and obd2? i read the rywire directions and it stated that i need to bend a tab on the pin to get it to fit obd1 plugs. will the obd2 plugs need no other mods, im asking because they look way different compared to obd0/1, but look cleaner in my opinion.

LOL, i meant to type box, ha ha

I just used OBDI injector pigtails, and modified the stock wires from the original setup as it's needed to be done.

I seriously doubt that will solve your cel problem though

did you wire this o2 yourself? maybe you switched wires around..like ground and signal?

first time it was pre-wired. then i double checked the wiring, and redid it myself direclty from the ecu. so wiring is good.

Well I am getting ready to do this tomorrow, but hit a snag.
How do I de-pin the obd1 injector plugs!

I have already removed the black grommet piece on the back side, buy I still cannot remove the pins. I'm hoping to not have to solder any wiring on my car. Thanks in advance guys

The guy I bought my car had this exact same problem! He ended up wiring the O2 Sensor to the ground and not signal. Ended checking his work and correcting the problem by rewiring to the signal. Check your wires again.
