97 Lx manual

This started happening since the weather got a little warmer. Sometimes when I start the car it will start and then shut right off. Now it's doing it while driving. Some times the RPM's will just drop below 1 and it's still on but won't go when the gas is pressed. Other times it will just shut off completely and I'll have to try a couple of times to get it started again.

Any help would be nice
