I am not all that familiar with the d series motors. However, I have a complete D16Y7 head from a 2000 Civic that I will ship to your door with delivery confirmation for $125.

Yes it will work if you have a 88-91 civic crx it will fit perfectly even the dizzy will bolt up..
I have one D15B2 head in running shape for 75$ shipped to your door step same as d16a6
