I talked to them about it. They only have the 59mm available and should be having all the other sizes in 2 months.

Did they tell either of you guys whether or not they would use a smaller shaft like on the precision turbos?

Still the larger shaft, but a much more aggressive blade aero.

We'll have the Billet S259s here in House Tuesday, look forward to getting the detailed pics. The new wheel design has been in development for a while.

They use the same shaft. These new wheels have a little something extra in the design that I look forward to seeing on this shipment.

Looks to have the same diameter hub as the cast wheel.

Its a smaller wheel, so the hub looks larger in comparison. But they still might be using the same diameter hub.

The $300 upgrade price isnt bad if you already have the turbo, but the overall price of the turbo isnt very attractive.

I'll field this. Didn't most people who tried the Comp R turbos lose power over other comparable units?

The CompR was simply a BW wheel that was cut down to try and circumvent regulation. A bit of a flop in my book.

Do these these billet wheels fit the BW258. From what i was told the S258 was renamed to the S259.

There is NO such thing as Borg Warner s372r. The BW turbos are s300sx and s400sx those are the identifications they use. S372 is what bullseye uses, and the turbos are different from one another.

Yes, and you can also upgrade your S256 ETT to the billet S259.

Wow their compressor designers really didn't know about ALL of the advantages of running billet when designing this wheel, oops.

Hi Clayton, if your reffering to the smaller units 370's series, then I have no info on those.

But I can tell you the CompR83 has been a huge success!!!

As of right now, the fastest 13B rotary in the country (7.06) is running one. Pimar Racing.

The fastest 13b rotary in Australia (7.14) is running one. Anthony Rodrigues.

Both of these cases were direct swaps from Garrett 88mm and 91mm turbos.

And both cases I have first hand knowledge on.

One of my customers replace a regular 88mm with a CompR 83 and my customer gain 93 horse power just by swapping turbos. So I don't think it was a failure. And I could get the dyno sheets to prove it.
