I currently have Raybesto pads and rotors on my EX, so far so good. If you want less brake dust then go for ceramic brake pads, the issue with ceramic pads is they last forever, and have a high chance of overheating your rotors if you do a lot of spirited driving then a sudden full stop. Haha. If you want more performance, I would suggest semi metallic brake pads. But, will have more brake dust.

Good street performance while you're doing your 5 lug conversion with rear disc get slotted rotors JUST SLOTS, and hawk hps is a street friendly with good braking setup. If you wanna up it to the next level then use hawk hp+ more aggresive pads but will wear down your rotors faster and some stainless steel brake lines and racing brake fluid..Good brake upgrade on a budget.

So should I get all 4 just slotted or just the rear slotted only?

Just get all 4, drilled rotors will just crack one day..And if you're confused which way the rotor slots go? Do not do picture reference, you have to check the vains inside the rotor which way they go (vented rotors) the non vented ones (mostly rears) you can have the slots go in any way you please.

If you are just DDing your car then just get blanks, slotted will eat your pads faster than blanks and unless you do a lot of circuit racing, I would find it really pointless.

I bought a set of Brembo Cross-drilled and slotted rotors with Hawk HP+ pads and i can't complain. They're just fine for a daily and aren't overly aggressive, but they haul you down from speed when you apply them firmly.

Since you stated longevity was a key factor, a set of Brembo blanks is probably more what you need. The X-Drilled/slotted rotors obviously look cooler, but will tend to eat up pads a bit faster

Since the rear brakes do about 30% of the stopping, this would be rather worthless.
