Default Time to wake the sleeping Dragon...

5 years of hibernation weren't too bad to her:

Just a lil dusty, now time to clean her up and put her back together.

I'll be updating this post as the restoration proceeds.

Wats the reason for having it sit for so long? Mine has been sitting for 5 months and it's already driving me crazy because I want to take it out for a spin. I couldn't imagine 5 years

I put it in storage because I was tired of not being able to drive it anywhere without worrying it would be gone when I came back outside. At the time I also picked up an S4, had that for a few years and then sold it and bought my current ride a 350Z roadster. Just got the itch to Drive the R again after being on here again after a 3 year hiatus from HT.

Its in my Family's shop and well gaurded

I just started to roam these forums again after being involved in the Suby community for the past 4 years and recognized your SN (ips from back in the day), glad to know you still have an R waiting!

Yup, about 5 years ago maybe 6, I think I put it in storage roughly around the time that I brought the Spoon ITR that Wai now owns to Expo 4 ( I think 4, man its been a long time)

This is what it used to look like although at one point it had the Mugen Wing, SW388's and a few other goodies.

Sadly I sold a bunch of the add ons, except the power parts and with the exchange rates to bring it back to what it was I'll be paying out the Azz lol.

Im at work til 7pm est, I'll see if I have my old IPS Site files and upload some more of the old pics late tonight. For some reason I can't find any of when I had the Mugen wing and SW388's on with Spoon calipers, it did look badass at that time.
