last year no 1 up here knew where the pre meet was, so lets figure it out early lol

im north of everett and im heading down with about 10 cars so just let me know where you guys want the north pre meet to be and we'll be there

 

what time is the actual honda meet start?

 

it starts at noon. projectlsvteg from montana were talking since he's coming up the day before to meet some people past everett to do a north end pre-meet. I started thinking of locations close enough to the freeway where we wouldn't get stuck at lights and ****. best I've come up with so far is the park and ride that's north of the 128th st. exit and south of the everett mall way. the newer one that was built a year or so ago. it's in between the north and southbound lanes. I don't see any lights and its big enough to fit a huge pre-meet group.
let me know what you all think. We haven't worked out specifics cause it was still pretty early in the planning stages. I was thinking we could all meet up no earlier than 10, and maybe start to roll our around 11:15 or so since it takes about 45 minutes to get to PR from 405 heading from everett/lynnwood.

 

bad spot, i live like 5 sec from there its off of 112th. hella cops always there and its usually full. and the ash way one u get on i 5 and then 405 is RIGHT there. and its usually empty. there only 1 light between the freeway and the park and ride.

 

yeah, we thought about that, I just thought since the ones was right there on the freeway, and I think on a saturday it shouldn't be that busy.

damn that early? I was thinking all meeting up like at 10 and leaving at 10:30. I guess I can get up early though. so we wanna do Ashway than and just make it official? meet up by 9:30 or your getting left?

sounds good to me, it's right down the street from my house, so if I leave my house around 10 ill have time to hang out before we all roll out.
I think it only takes about 45 mins to get there from the start of 405. so if we all leave at 10:30 we should get to the raceways around 11:15 hopefully beating the bigger crowds, maybe not some of the crazy regulars but most people for the most part.

 

just mapquested it. taking I-5 takes about 59 minutes, but for some gay reason it won't show me the 405 route, but I'm sure it's gotta be faster. plus we'll be right by the entrance.

 

Everybody meet at my house. Done deal.

I'll be grilling up steaks and hot dogs. An endless supply of liquor will be present.

I'm game for wherever. I was personally hoping to get there fairly early, but I'm probably not going to feel much like driving after I make the trip out there, lol. Hell, I've put 4K miles on my truck for work in the past 3 weeks... I drive all the damn time, and I'm not a trucker!

Anyways, I'm down for Ash Way - I'll have to google it though in a minute, because I can't for the life of me picture where its at in my head. I haven't been around WA a whole hell of a lot since I moved out here 5 years ago. I am going to try to get my friend who lives out there to bring down his Toyota pickup, so he can haul chairs, a bbq, and some coolers, and possibly a canopy to setup in case it rains, or to stay out of the sun (who knows over there, the weather isn't ever predictable).

Guys, please no stupid $h!t while we are driving. I swear if I get harassed by cops because of someone elses stupidity, I'm going to be livid and let you know - probably with my fist. I'm not accusing anyone of anything last year, but we don't need the stereotype surrounding Honda owners to get any worse than it already is. You know what I'm talking about.

 

dude, thank you for bringing up that point. I try not to drive like an immature moron but I did have a little worry that some people were gonna try and play road games or anything. if that happens, I'm breaking off from the pack and i'll drive in a different lane at 55.
I'm not saying any of you are immature enough to pull stupid crap like that, especially around other people you don't know and don't know if their down for that, but since I don't know probably most of you except for the people I'm bringing, you never know what to expect.

I still wanna check out the Park and ride between the freeway by 124th on a saturday around that time. I just like it cause there's no lights, so it'll limit us getting cut off, I know we'll all be able to catch back up, but it would be nice to try and get the whole lot of us in one go.
I guess it's up to you though Ryan since you started the thread. You've basically been the Northend pre-meet organizer.

 

i just saying. 112th packed alot. i pass it like ten times a day. ash way bigger and more room. and there always a cop or two at 112th. not so much at ashway. and we did ashway last year. it worked pretty good.

 

so does that mean ashway is gonna be the spot? im tryin to come out
