had the same problem when I installed my AEM fuel rail and got the car tuned. The O-rings tore in injector 3, I replaced it. Then 10 mins. later, the o-ring in injector 2 tore and I got sick of it. I replaced the injectors from an integra at work ( i work at a junkyard) and put on my stock fuel rail. No problems since.

BTW, if you plan on doing this, make sure you oil up the part of the injectors that go onto the fuel rail AND to clean the injectors while they're out. I used fuel-injector cleaner, a towel, cleaned the gunk and soaked the injector in it for a good half hour. Now they work wonders lol. Good luck with it
