Default eBay Euro Lights

This is a two part question.

1. These lights are cheap. And, they come from eBay. So, I'm suspicious of whether or not they'd be crappy build quality. Thoughts?

2. Would they look ricey on a White EG Hatch?

if you think they look cool then fly at it. each to their own, just dont expect others to think it looks as good as you think it does. it doesnt really matter what everyone else thinks on here its your car, usually only ricers care about things like that although it is nice if people do compliment your ride from time to time.

No, not really. I already drive a vehicle that too many people think is a race car. I don't really want to attract more negative attention (ie. from the police) than what I'm already going to get.

Anyway, how cheap are we talking here? Are they going to fall apart after a few months of driving? Will they haze up super fast?

I think they look ricey, but that part is up to you.

I would be more concerned about fitment. I HATE blinker lenses that don't fit like stock. They're less than $20 so I guess you get what you pay for.

All I need is something to replace one that I broke, so would I be better off just getting some OEM ones from a junkyard?

I cant tell you about the quality of these corner lights but i bought some headlight housings (98 civic) off ebay and the only thing bad is they are not sealed well. I bought a tube of clear silicone and sealed them up myself and they look like brand new today and ive had them for a year now

i had a set almost just like these if not exactly the same on my eg.
very cheesy construction. cheap plastic you know what i mean.
i always questioned wether or not they were rice but i had some ugly blingy rims so it sort of fit.

one winter the passenger side cracked and i replaced them both with a set of oem corners and ive been much happier since then.

from experience i'd say leave these alone and stick with oem corners.
thats my 2 cents

edit- i still have the driver's side.. if thats the one you broke i'd be more than happy to let you have it for a couple bucks.
lets say shipping and a 40 oz

Make sure they are DOT or European approved. Those will be your best bet IMO.
