man you have an easy solution that doesnt have to deal with sketchy ebay sellers... use one of the sponsors man, passwordjdm.com has them for like 120 or something

that looks the same as ebay stuff... personally i hate cheap stuff cuz you cant trust it and usually get what you pay for... 120 for fogs is cheap cuz the real jdm deal is like around 300 plus... its up to you but i would save a little more and upgrade

If you're looking for '96-'98 foglights, steer clear of DEPO lights. That would be the ones with the long red wire.

Yeah honestly I've read some nasty **** about password:jdm -- but because people LOVE to pay more money for the same garbage (it makes them feel like the product will work better JUST because they paid more, hardly ever is it about quality anymore) and because I think they are one of the site sponsers; you have to be weary about recommendations for them.

Honestly if you're going to go with eBay lights, try to find the guy with the best feedback and see if he's sold the same pair recently - try to get in touch with that buyer and see what their opinion is. Fog lights are usually a bulb, a reflector and housing [and wiring]. There's no science to it. Why do a lot of them suck? Because the bulbs suck, the wiring sucks and it overheats... or the seal in the housing is cheap/wrong and it leaks water causing it to fog/ blow up. Simple, no need to go out and buy lamps for 300 bones on a 10+ year old car to get good quality.

Just don't touch them too much, they may have lead paint!

I had DEPOs for my '98 and not only did they have grounding issues, but one would not stop leaking. In a last ditch effort I bathed the seem in RTV and it still leaked. I finally gave them up when a screw broke off in the housing when we were trying to get rid of one suspected grounding issue.

I have Esuse lights now and I have been much happier. The Esuse lights seem to have more of a driving light beam than a foglight beam though.
