There are tons of places to get HID kits. Have you tried ebay? DDM tuning is also a good place for cheap kits, and they have a lifetime warrenty. I don't think that you will be happy with just a kit though, as the OEM Halogen reflector housings were never made for HID and will scatter light all over the place resulting in blinding other drivers (possibly police), poor width of light on the road, and tickets beacause it's illegal to install them. Retrofit is the way to go.

i agree. when u just change the bulb itself, you definitely wont get the same effect when compared to a retrofit. i would say take the time and do a HID conversion with a retrofit. there are tons of threads here that have DIYs of this.
did u check hondamarketplace?

Ya, support the sponsors on here. I'm sure they could use it. They have to pay through the nose to get the ability to sell here as it is. There are some for like $70 shipped I think. Don't know about the quality, never tried them. Lifetime warranty though.

was in a hit and run so i had to spend more money on a conversion kit
