fuel gauge needle

Icon2 fuel gauge needle

does your fuel gauge needle goes down when you turn off the engine? I have a 99 civic lx and I noticed this happening. before it wasn't like this. any thoughts?

nope, no honda ive ever been in or owned sub 2000 has a needle that moves when the car is on/off

yes it does. it goes up slowly like what happens after filling up. it wasn't like that before which is why im a lil worried.

well if it reads accurately when your car is on what is the problem? My gauge doesnt read with the car off fyi.
