2000 Accord spark plugs, plug wires, ignition parts
I have a 2k Accord with 170k miles (2nd owner). I'm going through it doing maintenance where needed. It has a 3L V6 with coil-on-plug ignition.
* Are you supposed to change the wires when you change the plugs on this type of ignition?
* What about other ignition components? Do you change those periodically or only when defective?
* It seems like most of the on-line sources sell plug wires in units of 1. Is there a company that sells an entire set (like we previously used on non-coil-on-plug iginitions)?
Any advice will be appreciated.

with coil-on-plug i don't think you do anything but replace plugs at regular interval. that's one of the benefits of this type of system, low maintenance.
there are really no other parts that wear out... it's the computer, a handful of sensors, the wiring harness and the coils.
