Took off my dizzy today and found one of the "teeth" extremely bent tried to bend it back but i broke, so I need the bearing that sinks up with the cam translating the rpm of the cam to the distributor.
pics can better explain

i am not sure if it will still work if I run it like this or how long it was last until breaking. if anyone knows the info would be greatly appreciated.
I just need that top bearing thats broken off a broken dizzy. I am no sure if I can only use on one a beseries vtec or if any honda dizzy will have the same fit part.
please do read before trying to pm me about an entire dizzy i am not interested in buying anything but the sigle peice to make mines work again.

I am not sure that you can replace just that piece to be honest....I think you will need the entire housing, and I don't think that is a bearing either! see below;

im really not tryna buy the entire house i just bought this dizzy and i havent even started my engine on it yet idk how it got bent like this. i turned over the engine a couple time to test the starter and key ignition but i thought the tabs could only be installed one way to prevent the 180 degree flip so idk maybe i had it in wrong was in wrong. the dizzy bolts werent even tighten. sigh...
but thnx for the link
do the following to replace your broken part
- remove the snap ring (the black thing)
- remove the roller pin (hidden under the snap ring)
- remove the broken part
- head to the junkyard and do the same and get your replacement part.
its set up pretty much like the "bitch pin" on the shift linkage. once you get it done you will see what i mean

I managed to get the broken tab off and a friend of mines i go to school went home and has a b18b dizzy at his house so hes gonna bring it when he comes back up and ill jus swap the broken one for the good one. so yea cant wait to get it on. thanks alot man you saved me buying a new dizzy cause i would have never know that you could jus take off that part alone.
