I can hear the Vibration at lower speeds but feel it at 45 and higher. I changed my outer and inner tie rods, new tires balanced, alignment, rotors, upper control arms, cv axles, everything, it still does it. BTW the car is a 92 civic hatch. I can't figure this out. Its driving me insane.

 

wheel bearings ok?

 

I forgot to put that in. I did take the wheels off. There is no play in the hub bearings. I moved them back and forth. They don't budge.

 

Anybody got any other ideas?
